- Identify new leads.
- Pitch MARKDAO’s products and/or services.
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Procure new clients through direct contact / word-of-mouth.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained and developed.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients / prospects.
- Craft proposals and contracts in collaboration with the different departments.
- Negotiate with clients to secure contracts.
- Review clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Develop and oversee new marketing initiatives to attract new prospects.
- Remain in tune with digital trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance orrelated field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience successfully leadingsales initiatives or projects.
- Knowledge of advertising services and digitalmarketing.
- A background in sales / business development within adigital agency is a plus.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding humanbehavior.
- Team working skills, and be autonomous.
- Be result-driven.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative andflexibility in work.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in bothEnglish & Vietnamese.
