- Manage legal & financial obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Manage and review financial statements
- Review & analyze projects profitability with Account / Project teams
- Identify and address financial discrepancies
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Maintain updated records of receipts
- Submit tax forms
- Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time
- Follow up client to ensure timely payments
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Write and finalize contracts as per projects’ specificities
- Negotiate contract terms with client’s legal / finance teams if required
- Be aware of project timelines, staffing and budgets
- Build & maintain strong relationship with client’s legal / finance teams
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Legal
- Proven work experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Good knowledge of commercial laws
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Strategic & logical thinking
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Excellent command of English speaking & writing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Highly committed & self-motivated
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving skills is a must

- Hands-on experience with accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing & tech industry is a plus.
